I had the pleasure of working with Francesca when she led the Compliance Academy,

a two-year program designed to transition bank apprenticeship graduates into compliance roles.
Francesca excelled at designing and managing a well-structured, practical learning journey. She brought together the right subject-matter experts and ensured that content was relevant, engaging, and aligned with real-world requirements. Her ability to connect people and perspectives was key to the program’s success.
She fostered a supportive and interactive environment where participants were encouraged to ask questions, think critically, and build confidence in their new roles. Her strong organizational skills and dedication ensured a consistently high-quality experience throughout the program.
Francesca’s leadership and commitment made a lasting impact on both the program and its participants.
