For companies that want to specifically develop their early-career talent. From apprentices and trainees to graduates and young professionals.
The program is implemented in small groups (6-12 participants) and is aimed at organizations that focus on sustainable development rather than one-off workshops.
Smaller group formats or 1:1 coaching sessions are also possible and are individually designed according to requirements.
