With her professional background and coaching experience, she complements Francesca’s personal training by providing tailored nutrition strategies to optimally support progress.

Christine Talmon-Gros Bronzi is a certified Breathwork Coach and founder of C.T.G.B. – Connect. Transform. Grow. Breathe., with over 25 years of leadership experience in the international financial sector.
Her corporate career has shown her how essential self-regulation, resilience, and conscious breathing are for sustainable health and performance.
Francesca
Francesca is a personal trainer specializing in functional training, holistic strength development, and sustainable performance building.
